Apart from the client's visit to the institute, Goodwill Jasone also undertakes the responsibility to trade-test potential candidates referred by clients and, assess and certify their knowledge and skill in compliance with the client's and job requirements. For this, candidates are free to do a walk-in or alternatively, be sent by the employer / agency to have his technical skills tested and certified by Goodwill's team of qualified engineers. Upon successful assessment of the candidate, Goodwill Jasone proceeds to issue a certificate that will validate his technical proficiency for prospective placement.
